Wim, most recently served as Chief Strategy and Commercial officer at the world’s largest independent TV production and distribution company where he held an expansive global remit across all sales and commercial divisions, including oversight of distribution, licensing, digital sales and monetization. Tech, IT and Corporate development and M&A.

An avid deal maker, Wim recently left the EndemolShineGroup post the successful 2.4Bio$ sale to Banijay group. As a Media and Tech veteran he has also held various C-level positions for global corporations such as Yahoo! and Coca-Cola.

Passionate about the power of brands and their fans, Wim has developed and implemented a range of data and insights driven growth strategies within the media, tech and entertainment sectors.

A professional athlete in his native Belgium in his 20’s, he has throughout his career been involved in various sponsorship activities (UEFA Euro 2008) and digital rights negotiations linked to European Football (EPL digital rights).

As a digital native, he is recognized by his peers in the industry as an expert on digital transformation, fan engagement and brand building.

Terry, is a 30 year veteran of the international Media and Technology sectors for which the last 25 years have been as a CFO, for such companies as Warner Bros, Fox and Disney, and various private equity owned businesses, and board director including 3 years on the executive board of the Dutch football league rights holder Eredivisie Media & Marketing CV.

Terry has held executive and operational oversight in organisations ranging from large scale global corporations, with c$2bn TO, to private, founder owned start-ups with as little as $5-10m TO. Several of these organisations were highly leveraged, private equity owned businesses with significant investor relation and fund raising responsibilities. Additionally, Terry has a wealth of M&A experience having completed 29 transactions (buy & sell-side) in addition to having planned and led regional integration projects for portions of the AOL-Time Warner and Disney-FOX global acquisitions, 2 of the largest transactions in corporate history.

Based in Monaco Isabelle has an Engineering degree and has more than two decades of experience in investment banking and business development, servicing emerging growth and middle market companies in various sectors.

Isabelle, is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working internationally in the investment banking industry.  She started her career in Mexico City and has more than two decades of experience, servicing emerging growth and middle market companies in various industries including real estate, oil & gas, agroindustry, telecommunications and the pharmaceutical industry. Isabelle is a highly skilled communicator and lead-generator with specific skills in matching investors with carefully selected opportunities. She has deep knowledge of investment markets and is an advisor to the Board of Alpen Partners Wealth Management, XB-Ventures a global Health Tech Fund and Carlson Investments a company which invests in projects in the FinTech, MedTech and CleanTech sectors.

Sports and Entertainment Executive, with 25+ years of leading sports industry expertise predominantly in the direction and management of professional sports organisations.

David has worked with governing bodies and rights owners in multiple sports as well as brands who have partnered with major sports. 

He has also privately owned sports organisations in Europe and founded and launched large scale major events in the UK and Australia.

With a Commercial and Operations focus he has delivered on and off field success and financial sustainability for these ventures.
